Additionally, I agree that Clariness GmbH may collect, store and process the following information about the status of my inquiry (“status information”) from the representatives of the study centre as part of monitoring the progress of my inquiry:

I agree that Clariness GmbH may anonymize my data for further processing without personal reference in order to carry out statistical evaluations.
I agree that Clariness GmbH may process and store the personal data collected about me (subject to Section 6 below) until the end of the calendar year following my inclusion or non-inclusion in the study. After that, the data will be stored in a restricted form (i.e., encrypted) for documentation purposes for up to 15 years (with restricted processing) and then permanently deleted.
